The only thing that we don't have people for is packaging the charcoal & ammonium sulfate that we produce. The box that the charcoal will be packaged in is available. All we need is someone to distribute a certain amount of charcoal and ammonium sulfate into the packaging boxes that we will already have.
As mentioned in [this article](https://www.reuters.com/article/uk-nigeria-economy-protests-idUSKBN2B21T5#:~:text=President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019,naira (%2479) from 18%2C000.), the minimum wage in Nigeria is 30,000 Naira per month. This article mentions that the hourly rate for packaging is 1900 Naira/hour. For the first couple of months, there will be 40 families worth of ammonium sulfate and charcoal to package. We estimate that it will take around 4 hours to package all of it every month. Therefore, we will pay the person 76000 Naira for four hours of their time every month.
