Program Guidelines

THIS IS A PILOT SAMPLE

Nexteen Human Development Program to last for 7 weeks
This program aggregates engages and connects students full of ambitions, passion, zeal, and enthusiasm for solving the biggest challenge.
The program follows the framework of speaker sessions, team activity, do-it-yourself, consulting with the founding team, figuring out, and brainstorming.
Guest speakers/mentor sessions are to happen 2 times every phase.
Students are supposed to be a part of live sessions and make notes of things being taught to help them complete team activities, assignments, and hackathons in the later stages.
Online sessions are to happen every Wednesday and Sunday, 6:00-8:30 P.M.
At least 2 members of every team have to be present for guest speaker sessions.
Student teams will be evaluated throughout the program based on their creative approach, attentiveness, presence of mind, intellect, and knowledge.
Students are supposed to be active on slack through the program and share knowledge, podcasts, interesting blog topics, or their daily dose of entertainment with their peers.
Irrespective of the teams you are in, helping and getting a fellow out of a jam is considered to be an important characteristic of a student and they shall be rewarded for it.
Always in conversation with your fellow, generating ideas, and doing brain dates can get you extra brownie points.
Maintaining your notion profile is a must.
